      Where can I access the statements for my global collections account?

      To access your statements, please follow these steps:

      1. Log in to the Winvesta portal.
      2. Navigate to the "Statements" tab.
      3. Select the currency, choose the transaction date range, and click on the "Request Statements" button.

      4. Your statements will be ready within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification when they are available for download. 

      5. Simply log in again and download your statements.
