What to do if a chargeback is received but the order is already refunded?

If the order is already fully refunded by the merchant (you) to your customer, our banking partner will directly share the refund details with the bank, along with the refund ARN. In that case, the merchant will not receive any notification.

However, if our chargeback team determines that they require additional supporting evidence from the merchant, they will send an email notification, and the merchant must respond by sending the requested documentation to support@winvesta.in within two days.
