What is a Second-Level Chargeback or Pre-Arbitration?

The customer or Merchant has the option to raise a second-level dispute on a Chargeback that has already been initiated if they are not satisfied with the resolution offered by the Bank.

For any second-level dispute (Pre-Arbitration) raised by customers on a previously received chargeback, the banks will contact our PA team for additional documents & provide a copy of the Customer Dispute Form submitted by the customer for this pre-arbitration case.

Accordingly, our team notifies the merchant via email, and the merchant must share the additional documents at support@winvesta.in within 2 days (TAT may vary according to the timeframe provided by the bank), following the same process as for a Chargeback.
