What happens when I downgrade my tier through the app and it doesn’t update?

If you downgrade your tier through the app and cannot see your updated subscription in the Profile tab, follow these steps:

  1. Update the app: Go to the App Store or Play Store and update the app.
  2. Logout and log in again: If the issue persists, log out and then log back in to refresh your subscription details.
