Not receiving OTP?

We're so sorry that you couldn't get an OTP. In a country that sends hundreds of millions of OTP messages every day, even a 0.1% chance of failure inconveniences thousands of customers. Here is what we recommend you do - 

  • Try again in 10 minutes - More often than not, simply requesting an OTP a little later often fixes the problem.
  • Check if you've entered the right number and that you have a good network.
If your problem still isn't solved, reach out to support@winvesta.in or the live chat button in the app.
Other causes for issues  - 
You have not activated DND (Do Not Disturb) with your network provider for the registered phone number.
For Registered Users
If you already have an approved account with Winvesta, you will receive the OTP on your registered phone number, as well as the registered email.
