We're so sorry that you couldn't get an OTP. In a country that sends hundreds of millions of OTP messages daily, even a 0.1% chance of failure inconveniences thousands of customers. Here is what we recommend you do -
- Try again in 10 minutes - More often than not, simply requesting an OTP a little later often fixes the problem.
- Check if you've entered the right number and that you have a good network.

Other causes for issues - You have not activated DND (Do Not Disturb) with your network provider for the registered phone number.
For Registered Users: If you already have an approved account with Winvesta, you will receive the OTP on your registered phone number, as well as the registered email.
