Is it necessary to have sufficient funds before initiating a currency conversion?

Currency conversion is now permanently disabled in Winvesta Global Collections Account. These are collection accounts where you can only receive funds from your global entities/ clients against an invoice and withdraw them to your own Indian bank account or USD EEFC account.
